OUR STORY

Cristina, Dominic and their two children Josephine and Christian are a young family from New York City. They moved to the beautiful Hudson Valley 4 years ago without knowing anyone or anything about the people or the area. They took on the adventure of owning and operating this well known gem of the Hudson Valley. Through operating Mapleview, they have fallen in love with the community, and are so excited to share their ice cream and food creations with everyone!
